Who is Chris Tammearu?
Just a regular, warm hearted guy who buys real estate. Pretty simple, right? My core values in business have always been to help the client or customer solve their problem and satisfy their needs. The basic principles to which I founded Doll Property Group are no different. I buy properties as investments from sellers who otherwise would be stuck with the burden of tax debt, mortgage delinquencies, disrepair, code violations, little to no equity, tenant headaches, expired listing, market downturn, and so on.

We are a Real Estate Investment firm founded by Chris Tammearu and named after my wife’s grandfather, David Doll; A veteran, astounding architect, and devoted family man.
